Most workshops take place from September to May. The Master Workshop Series brings talent from all around the country to teach high-level skills. Workshops are longer class offerings from modern professional artists. They last as little as a half day or as long as a full week. Check out current workshops on the workshop page and register for specific shops with the same refund policy as regular classes.

Create and Sip Social Events

The create and sip events are some of the most popular. They offer a fun and lively atmosphere with the opportunity to create your own piece of art guided step by step with a skilled instructor and to enjoy a libation or two. It is a popular thing to bring friends along, but it is also a great atmosphere to go and meet new people. Create and Sip Art Socials are most often on Wednesday nights at the center. Classes are between $45 and $55 dollars and sell out quickly.

There are countless art education classes offered through the Visual Arts Center. Whether you are a beginner trying something out for the very first time or an artist with current skills looking to polish or enhance what you already know. From classes on-site at the center to online classes, and classes for different age groups. Check out the specific classes on the class page and get registered. Classes are offered throughout the day so they work with anyone's schedule. Morning sessions begin at 9 am and wrap up at noon. Afternoon sessions run from 1 pm to 4 pm. Evening classes are offered on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6 pm to 9 pm. Weekend classes are on Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm.

The price for each class depends on the class itself. There are currently 32 classes available on the schedule for sign-up. Class tuition ranges from $150 to over $200. A deposit and registration secure your spot. Tuition is refundable minus your deposit up to 9 days before the start of every class.
